My Story
Welcome! I am a Jersey Girl who received both my MA and EdM from Columbia University in New York, NY. As a licensed psychotherapist, I am proud to serve clients across multiple states including North Carolina, South Carolina, Florida, Oregon, and Washington.
As a military spouse, I have traveled throughout the United States and have gained 18 years of professional clinical experience working with adults, children, adolescents, and specific populations that relate to my areas of specialty.
It is my wish to help patients value their lives and strive to be healthy and their best selves. I view the therapeutic relationship as a vehicle for achieving that kind of growth, so that patients can manage mental health disorders and symptoms effectively.
I understand that life is a journey, and several people arrive on my virtual couch needing to heal or tap into the innate tools that they are not even aware that they have. I am here to help you discover those tools and use them to create positive change in your life.
